What an EPIC day we had in Christchurch with this awesome group of wonder-women!
The Safe For Life™ Women's Self Defence and Empowerment course is so close to our hearts.
The most common word we hear after this course from the attendees; 'Empowered'.
Empowered with confidence, self-belief, permission to be strong and to be a B.I.T.C.H (Babe In Total Control of Herself)™, and the knowing that women are powerful and dangerous creatures of nature!
